Let me apologize to you in advance because I know this recipe is super mouthwatering! So, from the bottom of my well-fed heart, I beg your pardon!

Don't get mad at me, I'm just trying to help!

I know you fear summertime because it's bbq season. There's always this friend or family member who would love to pick a fight with you because you refuse to have bread. Your food... your choice, right?

Your food... everybody else's opinion. I don't know why... but in every family or group of friends, there's a food bully. This person whose metabolism is the envy of the world, who can eat like a monster with 10 stomachs and never gain a pound.

It can always be worse. You can be "molested" by the person with the worst health or the worst weight problems. Just because they don't take proper care of themselves, it's a forbidden thing.

Don't worry!

Be the host of the next bbq party! Prepare a few batches of these yummy keto burger buns and enjoy the time! Set the rules for your own fun!

Your bbq... your choices!

Nobody will notice is not "regular" burger buns!

I love making this recipe exactly for that reason. My kids and hubby love these buns. (JAJAJA! No pun intended there, though of course my hubby love these buns!)

This recipe is super easy to put together. No sifting required. No proofing required. No machine required!

Yeah! Just those nice hands and a bowl!

Let me give you a few tips:

PRO-TIP #1: Melt the coconut oil, but don't use it hot.

PRO-TIP #2: You can substitute coconut flour for almond flour. Use 2 cups of sifted almond flour.

PRO-TIP #3: When adding the boiling water, make sure is boiling. Not hot. Not warm. Let it boil!

PRO-TIP #4: Feel free to add spices to the dough. Chili powder. Garlic and parmesan. Parsley. Italian herbs.

PRO-TIP #5: Need hotdog buns instead? Sure! You can shape this any way you want!
