It's been a zillion years since I began a healthier lifestyle. As a Puerto Rican, the hardest part is surrendering the delicious pastries and bread.
Changing my eating habits brought lots of good things. Not just losing more than 100 pounds, but it also brought back my confidence and the health I was co instantly missing.
Since early childhood, I was passionate about French patisserie. It was a secret I had, but I really wanted to be a French pastry baker. But my Criminalist side along with my literary side won over my foodie desire, and I ended up studying Criminal Investigation and dedicating most of my free time to write.
That didn't stop my secret desire.
I self-taught the basic French desserts -at least, those I love the most!
I want to share with you the breakfast I love to indulge in during the weekends! The Sweet Crepes stuffed with vanilla/chocolate cream!
Here's a video tutorial just in case you need some inspiration!
***In this video, I'm testing two different pans: The Blue Diamond and the Thyme and Table gold. Have you tried those? We're almost closing our mortgage and I really want to find a cookware set that's both fancy and super functional!
Lots of love,
