Super delicious & Sugar-free Ganache! Keto friendly!

What a wonderful thing... Being able to enjoy chocolate!

This wonderful and delicious ganache is super easy to prepare and has plenty of uses.

As a cheesecake topping! To cover a birthday cake! Or any cake, because there's no need for excuses when wanting to enjoy cake!

And what about in the mornings when our body screams coffee but with a special hint of something else... something like a Mocha! A tablespoon of this silky ganache and the day can take a new happy twist!

Maybe at brunch with some stuffed crepes, or with some churros. Oh, even better... dripping it on top of the ice cream!

So, you just need 10 minutes and 5 ingredients (one of them is optional- Vanilla).

Pro-tip #1: Use high-quality cocoa. My favorite is Ghirardelli 100% Cocoa. I have used many others, but the taste is not as rich as with this one!

Pro-tip #2: You can cut the butter into pieces. This helps to melt faster.

Pro-tip #3: Use glass jars that are heat resistant. My favorite mason jars are these ones!

Pro-tip #4: Feel free to eliminate the vanilla. Or just substitute it with expresso powder, brandy extract or maybe almond.

Pro-tip #5: Try the following variations:

For dark chocolate- add an extra 1/4 cup cocoa powder.

For milk chocolate- add 2-3 extra heavy cream tablespoons.

For Nutella style- roast 1/4 cup hazelnuts. When they are cold, grind till achieving a thick paste. Incorporate this paste and the ganache into the blender and process for a few seconds.
