How to make the most perfect KETO Sweet Bread Load



My bread addiction has no limits! How to say no to a delicious piece of bread? NO WAY!


Mother's Day is just a few days away and I have such a craving for that day: I want French Toasts!


Sure, I can buy a super sweet bread to make French Toasts. I can even go brunch and have a few of those delicacies. But I rather not.


That day, I've been strictly following my macros with a 40% deficit (yeah, I know... I have gained a few pounds and want them away!). So far, the results have been great!


I've complained more about eating than about hunger. Weird. This confirms my suspicions. I wasn't eating enough. This has been my biggest problem in the latest years. I undereat because I used to overeat a long time ago.


Sometimes is hard to keep a balance.


Soon I'll tell you about these 14 days, but just as an incentive, I'll tell you I've lost 7 pounds in 9 days. Awesome, right?!!!



For Mother's day, my kids have planned to make a very Puertorrican dinner with yellow rice with green pigeon peas... Just like my grandmas used to make. Not healthy. Not keto.


I wish I can blame them, but I can't. The Boricua appetite runs through our veins and they feel any festive is the perfect excuse to eat as a Puertorrican.


But, let's not think about that for the moment. Let's focus on this marvelous bread loaf.



Pro-Tip #1: Use room-temp eggs. Please!


Pro-tip #2: Melt the coconut oil and butter, but let them sit. Do not use them while warm.


Pro-tip #3: Sift your flours before taking the amount needed.


Pro-tip #4: Add more cinnamon for more flavor!


Pro-tip #5: Use Swerve Brown Sugar for a nice Brown Sugar-Cinnamon sweet bread!


Pro-tip #6: Once baked, remove the loaf from the pan and allow it to cool completely on a cooling rack. Then, slice.
